Shipping policy

Once you place your order through the website, we will contact you by either email or phone call to arrange a delivery date. This is to ensure that you will be at home on the date of delivery as items cannot be left on the street on on your doorstep in your absence.

Although accurate time slots cannot be provided, we can contact you 30 mins prior to delivery on request.

Items that you purchase from us are shipped by our team here at Home Aid and not through a 3rd party delivery company.
