Firstly, Welcome to Home Aid's brand new website and online store.
This is the final phase of our rebranding project that has taken much longer than we hoped due to the pandemic.
When we decided to begin this journey the world was a different place and to be honest, at the time, online trading for a charity shop did not make that much sense to us.
However, the world has changed, and with both the pandemic and the Global down turn, we firmly believe that now is the time to launch our online store and to further help people access good quality preloved goods at great prices.
Our new online shop will allow people to access our goods 24/7 and secure the item they wish straight away instead of having to wait until someone gets back via Facebook or email.
We have worked hard on his and believe it is the way forward for our sector and the perfect way for people to see what great products we have available and the great value they provide. But have no fear, both our Bathgate shops are still open and we welcome everyone to come in to see the items on offer.
As Home Aid approaches its 30th year we are now ready to face the demands of the future with the same determination and focus as Home Aid always has since Jackie Agnew started this charity.
We are ready to face the challenges ahead and to continue to provide an excellent service to the people of West Lothian.
